The mission of Little Bear Gelato is to bring you fresh, locally-made artisan gelato and sorbet. Little Bear thrives off of locally sourced, and fresh ingredients when available. There are no preservations, additives, or other things that you wouldn’t want. We strive to keep it tasty - and ethical.
Our gelato
It all started back in France, when our own Chef and Founder worked as a pastry Chef. After moving to Edmonton, Franck, knew that he could build a positive, fun, and thriving community around making delicious gelato while bringing a French twist along with it He named the company after his eldest son’s nickname, Little Bear.
